Please can anyone advise me on how to sell my week at the paradise club. Also does anyone know whether there is a fee involved in transferring ownership if I found a buyer?

I have owned week 40 for about six years now but after loosing my husband I am finding it difficult to keep up with the increasing maintenance costs.
After reading various postings on this website it seems that some people are just handing their weeks back to clc because they cant keep up the payments.

Can anyone help
ann

Hello Ann,

I've tried selling over the last three years and apart from two 'scam' operators have had no-one showing interest. Giving the weeks back may be a bitter pill to swallow but there seems no real control on the annual fees owners are expected to pay. CLC do not appear to offer any formal support, why should they, their interest seems to be only on new sales, points in particular. Sorry I cannot be of any worthwhile help.
