I HAVE SEEN THIS DONE AT SUNSET HARBOUR AND ITS MUCH BETTER THAN GIVING IT BACK TO CLC TO SELL AGAIN

Does anyone know what the penalties are for just

Hi Pauline,
I find myself in the unfortunate position of not being able to pay next years fees, (assuming there still going to be over £350.00 per week). Christmas is going to be a real struggle. In September I found myself without employment when I got back from holiday. I've contacted CLC who have informed that all I need do is issue a letter informing CLC that I no longer wish to keep my weeks, sign it and return the original deeds, duely signed on the reverse. (I would suggest recorded delivery). I've still got weeks banked with RCI but doubt whether they'll ever be used. But its the fees and the lack of leaway in their payments that have killed it for me.
