I THINK YOU WOULD FIND LOTS OF GENUINE MEMBERS WOULD TAKE YOUR WEEK FREE OF GHARGE TO ADD TO ANY WEEK THEY MIGHT OWN BUT CANT AFFORD TO BUY ANYMORE WEEKS. IF YOU ADVERTISED IT ON SITE AND SEE WHAT RESPONSE YOU GET . ITS GOT TO BE BETTER THAN JUST GIVING IT TO THE GREEDY CLUB, WHO WOULD RESEL IT AS POINTS. WE OWN AT SUNTERRA AND THAT IS WHAT PEOPLE DO THERE. WE ARE ALSO OWNERS AT "pARADISE" AND HAVE BEEN SINCE 1993

I'm sorry Pauline but I must disagree with you!

The main reason that many people are giving the weeks back is simply one of cost of maintenance. Just look at the number of posts on this site!

I still believe the Paradise Club is a fantastic place, but I simply can't afford the maintence anymore, or even if I could, I can't justify it against another Tenerife resort nearby where the total charge is less for two weeks in a two bed in August, than one week here for a one bed in January.

I have had my week advertised through the owners club for over twelve months and no response/interest at all. The cost was very low and still no interest.

Regards
