Sorry James, I was obviously referring to a distant past in a period when RCI had a bit more credibility and integrity. The percentages of approx 5% and 15% of RCI's total number of affiliates were actually quoted in letters from Christel DeHaan in 1991, when President and CEO of RCI. She quotes that the awards are made after 12 months feedback from exchange guests on resort quality and service delivery.
I have no argument with your assessment of RCI's outlook today which just serves to illustrate that in the end, money talks these days and service delivered deteriorates!
