Just to compare maintenance fees, we own 2 weeks in Bahamas in two bed / two and a half bathroom townhouse set right on the beach with well equipped kitchen that includes everything you need, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, huge cooker, big American fridge with ice maker/crusher, Big lounge with TV with loads of American channels, etc. Anyway, we have just been informed that each week is going to have a $200 extra surcharge to cover repairs due to the two hurricanes they had. Guess what, even with that, next years fees are going to be £70 less per week that our Paradise weeks!!!!!
Anybody got any other comparisons to share?
