we have just returned from paradise club on fri 3/12,
two weeks before we left we recieved our maintenance fees
for 2005, which means that we had paid fees for 2004 & 2005
before setting foot in our apartment for this year.
its beyond a joke, especially when we are still awaiting
refurbishment. last year we were told our apartment would
be ready for our visit this year, we didn't bother asking
if it would be completed for 2005, its just a waste of time.
