Prospect Street School. Classes were split because there were too many kids. The high school was being built to accommodate the growth. The plan was for the junior high to move to the old high school (now ADL)and of course the high schoolers would move into the new Educational Center. The principal was Stan Knapp. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

My question is: What Beatles song was released that year? I know it's not an Essex question but who doesn't know the Beatles?!?

I agree with Moe's answers. Talk about dusting off the cobwebs. No clue what the beatles song was. Let's see..
how about this....What was the name of the gas station at the 5 corners where the Chittenden bank is now? What subjects did Mrs.Allen, Mrs.Liberty, Mrs.Pierce, Mrs.Tanner, Mr.Clifford and Mrs. Parizo teach at Summit St School?
