I don't remember her saying 'fans should get REAL friends', but I may have just missed that. It did sound a tad snobby to me, and maybe she didn't mean it that way... I know sometimes I come off snobby, but in reality, it's because I am SO VERY shy. I actually had a friend tell me: "At first I thought you were stand-offish, and a bitch, but now I see that you're just shy."

Kinda blunt, but I got the point.

Anyway, maybe it's not how she intended it, but it did sound like she was 'slamming' the fans. If not for us, the show would've ended after 13 episodes and they would not all be multi-millionaires. How about a smidgen of gratitude for us fans, who take near about every spare dollar we can afford to buy your 'friends' related merchandise! How about an ounce of respect for those of us dutifully tuning in each Thursday, which causes advertisers to pay you BIG BUCKS for advertising space! How about feeling honored instead of slamming us, because we like something 'you' created so much, that we catch the inconsistencies!

Rolling off my soap box now...

Just a thought... if anyone affiliated with the show is reading this, which I doubt.
