Subject: Communicating Question

Greetings Zenith & Everyone on this Forum,

I had a question on communications with the other side. I've been trying to always improve on it, and this may help others as well.

Many times - probably happens more often than we know it - we are communicating with spirit but don't realize it. I'm wondering how we can distingush that from our regular thoughts?

For example,when I looked back in the past, there were certain things I just knew and did, and when I looked at it now, I knew those thoughts were injected.

Also I know that certain spirits are better communicators than others, and I know our Matt is a good communicator because he gets messages through creatively. So in order to have good communications, both sides must be tuned in with each other which can be very difficult. This probably explains the problem for others not in tuned and some info may be helpful here. Wondering what your comments are on this?
