Dear Diary,
OMG I can't say that enough. I think Nelly really does like me for me and not what I look like. See after Nay Nay, Clara, and me took pictures we told them we would meet up with them. So when we met up with them we went off into our usual couples. Me and Nelly, Nay Nay and Lib, and Clara and Lami.

Nelly: So continuing what we were talking about at the mall.
Me: What about it? I mean it was said and done what about it now?
Nelly: Dang girl why you actin like that now? At the mall you kissed me and talked to me for hours on end.
Me: I know and I shouldn't have. And you kissed me back and talked back to me for hours on end.
Nelly: Aiight so that's what's bothering you. The fact that you kissed me?
Me: Maybe but that's not the point.
Nelly: So what is?
Me: I don't know.[sitting down on a bench.] I don't know what to think anymore.
Nelly: You want me to give you something to think about?
Me: I already have too much to think about containing you. But sure I love to think so what is it?
Nelly: I'll tell you when we're about to leave and go our separate ways.
Me: You know you wrong for that ri?
Nelly: Who me?
Me:[hitting him] Yeah you. Don't try to act all innocent.
Nelly:[laughing] Aiight ma you got me there but still let's just have fun and no fighting.
Me: Aiight papi. Let's go to Deb's cuz I need to see if they have these pajamas that I want.
Nelly: You gonna model them for me?
Me:[getting up and hitting him] Boy hush and just come on. You freak.
Nelly: The biggest.

So we went to Deb's and started looking at some clothes when these girls walked in and Nelly had is eyes fixed on the girl that looked like the leader. I mean should I have been getting jealous since I wasn't his girl or should I have been jealous since I like him?

Me: Nelly what do you think about these?[holding up some baby blue pajamas with clouds on them. It was a top w/spaghetti straps and pants]
Nelly:[barely looking at them] Cute ma. I like them.
Me: What about these?
Nelly:[not looking at all] I like those too.
Me:[getting mad] Nelly I wasn't even holding anything up. If you lookin at her that hard why are you even here with me? Why don't you just go over there!

And I walked away. I mean why would he be looking at her like that if he told me he liked me not even 48 hours ago? I mean that hurt and I really thought he liked me. Boy am I bobo[silly]. I mean here I am thinking he's different but doing everything all the other guys have done to me.

But should I have walked away without listening to his side of the story? I know I should have that's why when he ran after me I slowed down and talked to him.

Nelly: What was that all about?
Me: I should be the one asking what that was all about. I mean you were with my but looking at her. I didn't know what to think so I told you what I told you.
Nelly: Girl if anything I was trying to figure out what she was doing there with them.
Me: Well that still doesn't explain who she is and why you were staring at her like that.
Nelly: Aiight if you must know she's an ex-girlfriend that used to live on the west side. So now I'm just wondering what type of BS she's gonna pull now that I like someone else and I don't wanna be with her anymore.
Me:[feeling stupid] Oh okay. But still why were you barely looking at the pajamas I was holding up?
Nelly: I don't know. I know I should have but it's my fault that I wasn't.
Me: I know it was. I'm not gonna argue with that. So are you ready to go back so I can pick out my pajamas?
Nelly: Aiight let's go ma.

When we walked back into Deb's the girl was coming out and walked over to us.

Girl: Hey Nelly didn't think you'd be coming in here.
Nelly: Hi Shaniqa. And yeah I'm here with someone. Chelle this is Shaniqa an EXgirlfriend of mine. Shaniqa meet Chelle a very new life long friend of mine.
Shaniqa: Mmmhmm hey. Anywayz we gotta go. Nice meeting you Sea Shell.
Chelle: It's Chelle and don't forget it ShawSKANK.

She walked away with her friends mad.

Nelly: Dang ma I ain't know you could snap like that.
Me: Well I guess there's a lot that you don't know about me. But is she gonna be a problem? I mean if I have to hurt her I will. And can you believe she called me Sea Shell?
Nelly:[laughing] Girl she ain't nobody so don't even worry about her aiight? I'm here with you and that's all that matters.
Me: Mmmhmm I guess so.[laughing]I'm playing aiight?

That was what happened I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo[etc] happy to find out that nothin was between them. I just hope that that's right and I don't find nothin out later on. Oh and the thing that Nelly wanted to ask me is if I'll be his girl. I told him that I'd think about it and I'd give him an answer after our date on Friday night.
