Subject: egg yolk sub

I am looking for a sub for egg yolks in a lemon pie or how could maybe use two uolks and sub the other 2

The lemon juice reacts with the yolks to give the pie the richness and flavor.

If the commercial egg substitutes won't work for you then
you might try this for the pie filling : Combine one packet of unflavored gelatin with one cup boiling water - 3 tablespoons of this mixture equal one egg

Egg whites are usually easiest to substitute. Yolks have the fat needed for most recipes.
