Well there is always the option of trading away those wonderful draft picks you get and/or some of the rookies you've acquired for more seasoned talent. Or you can just be patient and see how they develop, I'm sure you have lots of youngsters that would interest people and I know there are good vets floating around out there.. I have some myself I wouldn;t mind moving.. shrug.. it all depends on how patient you want to be. Would you like to be like Jimmy and work with vets and remain strong by trading for producing vets.. or do you want to build up a team and suffer the losses until those rookies become the strong players they have the potential to be (we hope.
