I believe that the situation is as follows: Keep the Faith, Inc., an American Catholic Publishing house, own, or have an interest in a Retreat House in Mohill. One of the Priests of the FSSP, with whom they would have good contacts, comes over from America, occasionally, to give retreats there. The Latin Mass Society of Ireland, with whom I have no links, are involved in publicising these events. Best advice would be to gather information on the status of the Traditional Latin Mass (e-mail me at lepanto@catholic.org, if you like) and respectfully ask your Bishop to provide one every Sunday and Holyday. The FSSP have no responsibility for providing for the people of your area but your own Bishop does. It's not an easy thing to begin, follow through or to succeed in, but it is the right thing to do (and I don't limit that advice to Mohill and its suburbs). It is deplorable how many people will put effort into mourning the old or bewailing the new but will never take the little time required to get together half a dozen people and write to the Bishop (again and again). I hope this helps.
