Subject: TO THE DUNGEON WITH KODOKU

"Ahh...you get used to hangovers. They're not so tough after you've had several of 'em. As for our parents...I don't know what you're mother would do, but the last time I disobeyed my mother twice about the same thing, she locked me in a dark closet, for three days, with only one roll of bread and one bottle of water. She said," suddenly Haruka's voice went in unison with Kodoku's as she quoted, "'Now, if you think I'm gonna let you act like a damn savage in Court than you are dead wrong! You could've at least acted like a gentleman! This better teach you or next time you're gonna stay in there for a week with the same food supplies!' Kodoku had stopped at the "dead wrong!" part and turned to find Haruka sitting behind her with Michiru quoting the rest.
Haruka and Michiru stood up and Haruka was angry as hell. "And that was only a week ago!" Kodoku leaped over the bar counter and hid behind Arietta, as she said, "How long have you been there?" "Long enough." "Why didn't you say anything?" "I felt you should enjoy yourself before I punish you. You just can't grasp anything once can you, Kodoku!?" Kodoku got out of cowering and yelled "I can! It's just a matter of whether I care for what you say and I never do!" "Bad move," Michiru mumbled. Haruka snapped, "THAT'S IT!! I AM GONNA STICK IN THE DUNGEON! WITH ABSOLUTELY *NOTHING* TO EAT!" "You can't do that to me!" Kodoku yelled back. "It's child abuse!" "If you haven't noticed, Kodoku, I never hit you in any of the punishments I hand out!" Kodoku realized this, but knew she had to come back with something. "W-well, there's gotta be something wrong with what you do to me!" "The queen hasn't said anything to me yet." At this time Michiru and Arietta were side-by-side watching the mother-daughter battle unfold.
Finally, Haruka flicked her fingers against Kodoku's head, which caused her to go to sleep. Heruka then put Kodoku over her shoulder and walked away, but turning once to tell Arietta, "You should've at least known better. I'm not blaming you, but it doesn't look like you've helped any." Haruka then turned and walked away.

((Felt like a good enough time as any to bring the parents out. ^_^))
