Amanda Bynes - PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED. Mental health calls are a slippery slope. I am somewhat cautious on these. I believe I used Demi Lovato as an example last year of someone who has bipolar disorder and who previously almost died of an overdose in 2018 as someone who I would NOT accept a PE call on, given that the overdose was 2018 and several years had passed and she seemed to be doing a lot better. I would have accepted a Demi call in 2019 or 2020, but not 2023. Bynes is a tough one, since she mostly still remains outside of the spotline and her mental health issues appear to be chronic and ongoing - not acute. However, citing research into recent history and the fact that she was indeed held by the police against her will and placed on a pschiatric hold... I will accept this. Kieran Crowe, however, can appeal this PROVISIONAL DECISION to the Supreme Court, which is Bizcocho.

Selma Blair - Accepted.

Steve McMichael - Accepted.

King Charles - Denied. Wishful thinking.

Also the ability to get a bonus 11th Baby Blue BoD pick IS INDEED posted in the rules - but ONLY IN THE VERSION OF THE RULES on the Board of Doom itself, not elsewhere.
