The Praetorian missions are SO MUCH BETTER written than anything in the Rogue Isles or Paragon City. And if your computer can handle the Ultra Mode settings, Praetoria is awesome looking too.

The Tip Missions for side switching are very cool and well-written too. For villains, you can actually do some badass villain stuff on your own volition instead of the shitty "work for someone else" storyline they have in CoV.

I'm not sure if your character is still in the AoDoJ. But if you aren't, friend @holyevilaod (that's my Global) and I'll reinvite you when I see you online. I'm on most nights, though it's usually later in the evening.
