Hey consider this, I know nothing of this matter with “Concerned Person” so therefore I can not comment on it, however I can comment on what you have written and it’s full of discrepancies.
First lets take a look at the committee now, one has to ask the question why most of them have walked out and its not what Wendy has said “due to family commitments” either I know I have spoken to them so let go over all the facts FACTS that have been hidden by Wendy herself you have stated, “Wendy and the committee have ensured the church is run exactly according to the SNU rule book” what a great fat lie, Wendy actually thew out 3 people from the church because they each had attended another “spiritual Church” she was told she couldn’t do this as it was “ discrimination” I was there when all this “kicked off” a letter was then circulated around the workshop for the people attending to sign like a contract stating they would not attend other churches on a workshop night, I’m sure I have a copy, and if not the others will.
I was there when one guy came in to the workshop and Wendy and Peter asked him to leave, he even had a letter sent stating he could not attend the workshop I’m sure I can get a copy if needed. The same with the old secretary too, in the committee meeting which Linda Marshall use to attend and participate in “voting” which Wendy allowed Wendy was told she could not send letters out to people saying they have to sign a contract, Wendy went again against the committees decision. The person in question received a letter from Coulston stating Wendy could not do this, but Wendy did she went against the SNU’s rule.
another person came into the workshop and was asked to sign this contract she refused, along with Vickey wrench who is the secretary of the District Council took this person into the office and said if she refused to sign the contract she would have to leave the workshop, Wendy then told people she had to leave because of serious family problems “a lie"
The committee was told that Linda Marshall must not enter the office nor handle any money from events as a none committee member must NOT do this, Wendy allowed Linda Marshall to count money in front of the public (I was there) and use the computer in the office.
Because people did not want to sign this “made up” contract that Wendy had written up, they left, hence why the workshop closed. As for gossiping Wendy was pulled up by some people for the malicious rumours she was trying to spread she even had the “healing leader” Maureen Griffiths” writing to some people Wendy did not let the secretary do her job it didn’t matter what the secretary did Wendy un- did
Wendy knew what she was doing “FACT”
So yes I agree the church was almost shut down because of what Wendy & Linda were doing, as for Wendy not taking sides another big fat lie another person was told by Linda marshall to stop doing their web site and to take everything they had done off it “FACT” Wendy has told people differently has spread terrible rumours about this so again another example of “discrimination” from Wendy
One has to ask the question here why hasn’t the people she threw out the church/workshop had any bookings to do a service there? as I know most of them do services now so what do you call that I call it “Discrimination” all the people I have spoken about have all the documentation to prove this what I have said Im sure as helll know they’d love to post on here what Wendy has done and the lies she has told about them all and show all their letters they have had from her.
so Wendy has discriminated against people who use to attend there and they have documentation to prove this.
and in your statement “it is illegal to discriminate against anyone with any physical or mental disability” any person entering that church who is abusive causes emotionally distress the committee are liable you need to read your rule book and bye laws
another lie that has been proven you are running an all day workshop which is based on “development” I know I have been to the last one
So if it is proven by by concerned person and others with letters and documentation they each have that Wendy has deviated from the snu rules which many people know this then I hope concerned person takes out a civil action against the now remaining committee and I am sure as hell know others will come forward to prove what Wendy has done
so before you start defending "Wendy" get all your FACTS right first because you will certainly look a fool when all the letters Wendy has sent out to people are copied and given to any solicitor
