Well first of all. If you didn't read my reply to the post you left me on MY post the other day.. I LOVE corky's coloring? She looks like a sweet little girl. Like a stuffed animal even. What's her breed?

About the litter training, if you only got her a few days ago this is totally normal. Like you said, she's marking her territory. She in new surroundings and truly "leaving her mark". You shouldn't let her out of her cage to roam until you know she's litter trained.

Also, once she's spayed this will also clear up this problem a bit, as she'll be less territorial.

What you should try to do is put more litter boxes in her cage.

Try all or any of these things:

Block off some of the cage to make it smaller. It will MAKE want to go in her litter box as rabbits like to be clean.

Put an extra litter box in her cage. Whatever corner she's doing it in, put it there.

Don't let her out till she learns, if you DO let her out. It's got to be a small space with a litter pan so she gets the idea.

I would suggest putting hay in her litter box since they like to eat and poop at the same time.

When I first got Bilbo he did the same thing. He was doing really well with the traing, and then stopped.. 2 weeks later he was all better. It's just adjustment to a new environment.

Oh man she is just the cutest I keep looking at her pic. Post more pics post more pics!
