Subject: new rabbit today :)questions

if you read it on the Acme board just ignore me.
I just brought today a 5 months old bunny. She doesn't seeem too nervous and was quite friendly at the shelter and I hope she will stay that way, for now I try to not bother her too much.
I gave her a mixture of the brown ugly pellets she eat there and Purina which she will be eating here (are those good?) and some alfa nad some timothey hay, and a water bottle and a water bowl. A litter box and a box with a towel where she is right now. Is that all ok?
My concern is that I didn't see her eat or poop yet, ok or not? If not what could I do? If she really is 5 months old she can't eat veggies and herbs yet, right? When does the teenage years start?
Will she be ok now that our heating is off and winter came back? It is about 15C in the house (I don't know in F, I have to wear a sweater, my cat and mice are fine in that temperature). Will she be ok or should I warm her with something but how? Really any advice, comments and output will be very apprciated. thanks a lot :).
