I wouldn't worry about her not eating, for now. It may take a while for her to get accustomed to her new environment and her new food (if you're feeding a different brand than she's used to). Try sprinking her food with rolled oats (regular oatmeal from the supermarket) and a few small pieces of dried bread. Those should get her eating pretty quick.

Bunnies shouldn't be fed greens until they are 6 months old. I would cut the alfalfa hay, since you're already feeding Timothy hay (it's much healthier). Alfalfa is in the pelleted food anyway.

Be careful with the towel. If you notice her chewing it and pulling threads up, take it out. Holes in the towel and loosened threads could get tangled around the bunny and injure her.

The colder temperatures are fine. Bunnies actually like it cool, it has been said that the ideal temperature for them is about 50 degrees Farenheight.

Good luck and congratulations on your new friend!
