If your cat has a hunting tendency, and she's already showing it chasing every other animal..then I don't think they will make friends.

It IS possible. I mean, one of my cats always watches outside for birds... but when it comes to the rabbit he leaves him alone. They are not friends, but he won't bother him either. On the other hand, my other cat and Bilbo are buddies.

You can always keep a close watch, introduce them and see how it goes. Watch out cause cat nails hurt! But if he's already is stalking mode right when he sees the rabbit then I don't know how well it will work out for you. Sorry.
