~Stephanie McMahon is shown backstage, her arms crossed over her chest, and a proud smirk on her face, as she is watching a monitor. The camera pulls back to show that she is watching part of last week's handicap match, specifically when she had ejected Kurt from the match.~











~The camera then pans out some more to show Kurt Angle himself standing behind her with his arms crossed over his chest. He then clears his throat loudly.~


~Stephanie jumps, looking back with eyes wide.~ KURT! What are you -- how did you get into my office?!

Kurt: The question is, Stephanie, what am I going to DO to you while in your office. ~He takes a step forward, right into her face, breaking out into a smirk.~

~Stephanie's bottom lip trembles slightly as she takes a step back, and she tries to keep the confidence in her voice.~ You just try it Kurt, I'll have security in here in a matter of seconds.

Kurt: Oh no you won't, Stephanie, because they're busy elsewhere. It's just you, and me... and it's time to lay it all on the table... or put you through it, all depending on how you behave.

~Stephanie's eyes go wide in disbelief.~ How I BEHA---you have got a LOT of nerve, Kurt!! I am your BOSS, which means that you are NOT in a position where you can put your hands on me, or call the shots!

Kurt: Actually, I'm Kurt Angle, and if you want to fire me... be my guest, I'm SURE that RAW will jump at the chance to sign the best wrestler in the business. Oh, and after you LOOSE Kurt Angle, do you REALLY think that you'll be keeping YOUR job? I highly doubt it... It's True. So as far as I'm concerned, I AM calling the shots around here... understood?

~Stephanie presses her lips together, fuming, her nostrils flared, but she says nothing.~

Kurt: Now, I've got your meal ticket at the King of the Ring for the World Championship... I've got my rematch against Jesse Hart, and I'm looking FORWARD to it... but let me make something clear, if I even SEE that pointy chin of yours anywhere NEAR my match, I'm going to ram my fists into it. If I even HEAR that shrill voice of yours, even from the back... I'm going to personally tear your tongue out. If I even SEE you Stephanie, anywhere at the King of the Ring... it's going to be the last thing that you ever do. These aren't idle threats, my friend, these are PROMISES. Because this Sunday, I'm going to take back what Jesse stole from me, and I'm going to make him pay for it. So whether it's only Jesse who takes a ride in the hospital, or the two of you share a room... that's entirely up to you.

~Stephanie stiffens, not saying a word through all of this, even a few moments after Kurt finishes, the two only staring right at each other. Finally, Stephanie shakes her head slightly, her voice lowered.~ You know what kills me about all of this, Kurt?

~He stands there, listening attentively.~

~Steph looks right at Kurt, speaking calmly.~ It's the fact that you're acting like you're the victim in all this. When not too long ago, I was trying to make something of myself, I was trying to be a BETTER person and right my wrongs. And what did you do? You turned your back on me. So NOW, because I'm trying to help MYSELF when no one else would help me out, you're threatening my safety and well-being. ~shakes her head with a dry chuckle~ You're a REAL American Hero, Kurt.

Kurt: And you're a real bitch who'll never change, I found that out the hard way when you broke my heart into pieces and left me for a good for nothing loser who did nothing but use and abuse you. So you know what, Stephanie... I'm NEVER going to make that same mistake again, and I'm NEVER going to trust you as far as I can throw you... because you haven't changed, and you never will.

~Steph's now lost her calmness as she is again seething, glaring at Kurt.~ Maybe I COULDN'T change because no one would LET me! Maybe ALL I needed was a LITTLE confidence from someone that I looked up to. ~looks at Kurt, lifting her chin slightly~ Someone like you, Kurt. But I didn't get that, not from ANYONE. So *I* found out the hard way that the only person I can count on is myself. If I'd had JUST a little support, we may not have been having this conversation right now.

~Kurt shakes his head.~ You're always going to be a selfish, spoiled, good for nothing, rotten little CHILD who sells herself for the highest dollar and TV time. So stop blaming everything bad that’s ever happened to you on somebody else, because you’ve been the single cause of everything bad that’s ever happened to you. I’m not going to feel sorry for you, Stephanie, I pitty you… nobody should have to be as insecure and scared of her own life as you are, but that doesn’t change what I said before, so don't forget, Stephanie... I see you anywhere... ~He does the throat slash signal.~ And I'll enjoy it.

~Stephanie clenches her jaw, her hands on her hips, saying nothing as Kurt leaves the office.~
