Christian’s theme hits on the speakers to signal the start of the International Title match. The head of the Canadian Loyalist Board comes to the ring, with his arms cocked in, stepping through the ropes and heading to the corner. He stops and poses there, soaking in the crowd’s profanity and curses.











“Everything About You” and the Authority’s promo video follow Christian, sending out Sean O’Haire to the squared circle to follow. O’Haire has left his overcoat behind, ready and prepared for a fight instead of the normal matchup. Sean steps up to the apron, staring Christian back and then leaps over the top, giving him a sideways look and then looking down the ramp. Christian looks back at him, holding his hands up, saying he has NO problem with him or the Authority.











“You Think You Know Me….”




The crowd goes wild as the first strains of Rob Zombie’s “Never Gonna Stop” rips out, followed by a smoky entrance and their hero, Edge!!! Edge charges out from behind the smoke and goes from one end of the ramp to the other, then rushes to the ring and goes right in by Sean O’Haire. O’Haire feints a kick but backs away as Edge slides underneath the ropes, staring up at both him and Christian while crouched. He then backs them down and goes to the ropes, bouncing on the 2nd and 3rd ones and shaking them for the crowd’s approval.












The last theme to play is “Right Now” by Korn, and this signals the arrival of the UCW International Champion Lance Storm! Lance comes down the ramp, with the championship around his waist and takes a running start, sliding across the apron on his kneepad and staring down all 3 opponents. Storm steps through the ropes and goes to one corner, not putting his back to any of them, and unstrapping the championship as he does so.



Referee Tim White goes and retrieves Storm’s title, showing it to each man in turn and then holding it high, giving the crowd recognition of what’s at stake. As the bell rings, all 4 go to their corners and face off. Christian stays back as O’Haire feints at Lance. Storm slaps his foot away and acts as if he’s going after Edge then charges O’Haire instead. Sean sees him coming and sidesteps the champion as Christian drops to his stomach and heads for the high ground outside. Edge takes the opportunity to go after Storm with a high leg lariat that floors him. O’Haire turns and slams a fist down across Edge’s back and sends him into the ropes. Sean waits him back as he arrives with a flying forearm! Edge gets up after O’Haire hits the mat and rushes up with an elbow of his own, having cleaned house. Edge hits Sean with another elbow, and then catches the onrushing Lance with one, and when Christian sneaks back in from the outside, he gets one for his troubles as well!

Edge leans back, pulling on his hair as the crowd yells its approval. Christian moves right up behind him and yanks him back with a rollup that Edge pops out of at 1 and a half. When his brother goes back with a lariat attempt, Edge ducks around him and hooks his head backwards for an Edge-o-matic! Christian hits the canvas and rolls away, as Lance comes up with a knee-lift to Edge’s back. Storm waits until he’s bent over and goes to short-arm him into the ropes. He then pulls him back and yanks Edge into sidewalk slam position and takes a step out, smacking him down with a side back breaker! Storm looks him over and then sees O’Haire coming with a forearm that he ducks and watches as Sean goes on the ropes. O’Haire comes back, as Lance sidesteps him and then sees him build up momentum. Christian gets to his side and gives Storm a nod. As they duck down for a double flapjack, Sean ducks low and sends them BOTH flailing to the canvas with a double clothesline!

O’Haire then sees Edge sitting up and spins into a kneeling clothesline for him as well, pausing and flipping his own hair up quickly. O’Haire then drops down going for a pin on Edge. He gets only 2 on it as Edge snaps out a shoulder, refusing to go down. Sean then scoops him up by the hair and throws him directly into the corner, and comes rushing in with a bodysplash. Edge puts a foot up that sends O’haire stumbling back into Christian’s grasp. Christian hooks his head from behind and drops down immediately into an inverted DDT. Christian goes for the pin on O’haire, which is immediately broken up by Edge. Christian gets up, looks at his brother and the two immediately start slugging it out fist to fist! Storm comes up from behind them, going for one, and both Edge and Christian turn and nail HIM with a double punch! The two brothers look at what happened, shrug and Christian sucker punches Edge in the stomach. He then goes and latches him in, turning around and preparing an Unprettier, and drops RIGHT down to the mat. Christian goes over for a pin and gets a one, two, and Storm comes down to break this one up! He then yanks Christian off, and keeping two hands attached to his scalp, pulls up and down quickly, slamming him into the canvas.

Christian yelps out loud and jumps right up to his feet, rubbing his head and poking Storm in the chest. Lance gives him a sideways look and slaps him HARD across the mouth. Christian’s head jolts back, and he then answers Lance with an uppercut that sends him backwards. The two go to trading shots back and forth as O’Haire comes sliding almost back in the ring, but pauses on the apron, laying on it on the outside.

Lance gets the better of Christian and goes to Irish whip him into the other corner. He jams him in and rushes right in with a back elbow to the mouth. Christian drapes across the top rope, as Lance steps back and waits, shuffling a bit and preparing a superkick. O’Haire then goes to make his move while Storm has his back to him and happens to glance behind him.

Out of the corner of his eye, Sean sees Edge charging at him with his shoulder lowered and murder in his eyes. Storm turns and notices it a split second later. O’Haire goes airborne, leapfrogging Edge as Lance does the same immediately. Edge clears both men and plows directly into Christian. The impact sends both of them spilling through the 2nd and 3rd ropes and out of the ring! Lance glances over at the spill and doesn’t notice O’Haire firing forth with a savate kick to the back of his head.

O’Haire then rushes to the top rope, and goes airborne off of it, with an extended Seanton bomb, smacking down on Lance’s chest. Sean then moves over and pulls back on his leg, as White falls into position and makes a 1, 2 and a 3 count! White then signals to the timekeeper, who rings the bell and hands in the International title. O’Haire raises the belt up, and drops to one knee, taking a deep breath and rolling out of the ring, grinning wildly as he heads to the back as the NEW International Champion!
