~The big screen lights up and we take you backstage where we catch up with an INFURIATED Chris Jericho as he makes his way backstage, shoving chairs to the side and flipping over the bakery table! He then pounds on his forehead, pulling at his hair as he leans against a wall, talking down to himself.~ What�s the MATTER with me?! I HAD him! I HAD that Son of a BITCH!

~He leans his head back, looking up at the ceiling.~ Why didn�t I take his head off? WHY didn�t I FINISH it when I had the CHANCE! ~He then throws an elbow back into the brick wall.~ DAMMIT!! ~He seems to calm down slightly, taking deep breaths, but the fire is still in his eyes.~ I should be the King of the Ring� I should be the King of the World! ~sighs.~

~Trish Stratus slowly comes up behind Jericho, biting her lower lip and speaking quietly.~ Hey� Chris?

~He shoots his head to the side, seeing Trish there, and glares over at her.~ What do YOU want? If you�re here to piss all over me again, well you�re too late, A.J �luckiest jackass ever� Styles already beat you to it!

~She shakes her head.~ No, Chris� I just wanted to say I�m sorry. You know� for your match, and cause� I was a little too hard on you last time we talked. So I�m sorry.

~He raises a brow questioningly.~ You�re� sorry?

~Trish nods her head.~ Yeah, I�m sorry. And� I know this probably isn�t any consolation to you since you lost your chance to be the King of the Ring again, but� I�m really proud of you, because you did the right thing.

~He takes a deep breath, shaking his head.~ Well, if by the right thing you mean I was a complete and utter IDIOT, blowing a shot at the Heavyweight Championship� then yeah, Trish, I really did the right thing.

Trish: No Chris, you WEREN�T an idiot� you�ll have other chances at the Championship. You�re Chris Jericho. You�ll get your title shot some other way. And anyway, just cause what happened sucks� doesn�t mean the whole night has to be a bust. ~She steps closer to him a bit.~ I mean, we could go out and I could� cheer you up?

~He raises another brow, a slight grin coming over his lips.~ Cheer me� up?

~She gets a bit of a grin as she nods.~ If all goes well.

~He breaks out into a complete grin now, nodding his head.~ I could be down for that�

~The two then walk off together as we return to ringside for our next match.~
