Before the next match can commence, Jax informs us that he has just gotten word from SD! Acting-General Manager Stephanie McMahon that Brock Lesnar did not show up to the arena, and that the upcoming tag team contest has now been changed to a handicap match. We then head into the ring where Bridget Carter informs the fans in attendance of the match change, and then introduces the first competitor.

“Basic Thuganomics” rapes the speakers, and the fans EXPLODE as the Doctor himself struts out onto the top of the ramp, throwing the “Word Life” sign above his head! Cena makes his way down, sporting a King LeBron James Cleveland Cavs basketball jersey, with a mic tucked into the front of his shorts. Once in the ring, he goes from side to side, playing to the crowd before pulling the mic up to speak.


Yo, Yo, Yo, Yo, Yo, Yo, Yo, Yo, YOOOOOOOOOO!!

Columbus Ohiiiiiiiiiiiiio! This is the place where it all started… this is the house where MC JC first dropped onto the Smackdown! scene… so let me ask ya’ll… are all ya’ll ready to REPRESENT?!


-The fans respond with a resounding “DAAAAAMN STRAIIIIIIIGHT!”-


YEAH! Home of the BUCKEEEEEYES! -The crowd pops loudly!- Now all we need to do is get Torrie Wilson down in this bitch and I’ll show her what a John Cena buckeye is all about! -The crowd continues to go wild as Cena continues.-


But for now, my man Brock Lesnar pulled a no show…
So what’s gonna go down is Benoit and Dreamer are gonna walk on out here… and against John Cena? Pfffft! They’re gonna BLOW!

“Whatever” then blasts over the speakers, and moments later, out comes the team of Tommy Dreamer and Chris Benoit to a round of boos from the fans! They make their way down to ringside, stopping at the bottom of the stage and look in at Cena with grins, hopping onto the apron, getting ready to rush him.


However, Cena pulls his chain off from around his neck and wraps it around his fist, charging towards them, forcing them to back off and retreat. Benoit and Dreamer now separate, each going to another side of the ring, slowly moving in, but Cena rushes towards each individual, backing them off once more. However, this time, as Cena works Dreamer back, Benoit rushes into the ring, but Cena turns on a dime and DRILLS him with the steel chain!

Dreamer now rushes the ring, but Cena ducks his charge and catches him with a steel chain shot as well as he came back off the ropes! Charles Robinson now calls for the bell, ordering the chain out of the ring! Cena finally obliges, placing it in his corner and goes to work, putting the boots to Dreamer, rolling him out of the ring before going over to Benoit, pulling him up and drilling him with a right hand!

John leans him against the ropes and fires Benoit across, but the Crippler comes off the ropes with a double forearm shot, taking Cena down. Benoit shakes his head out and meets Cena in a corner, lacing a chop across his chest! Cena somehow shrugs it off and he grabs Benoit by the head, pulling him back first into the corner now and unloads with a series of shoulder blocks to a pop from the crowd! John then waits for Dreamer to get onto the apron in his corner, and then he fires Benoit across, right into Tommy, knocking him off the apron and into the barricade! As Benoit rebounds back, Cena hoists him onto his shoulders for the FU, but Benoit floats over and hooks John by the waist, taking him over with a release German suplex!

John rolls into a corner and Benoit is right on him, placing boots to his chest before pulling him up. He measures Cena and sends a STIFF chop across his chest, followed up by a second, and then a third! He then pulls Cena out of the corner with a snap suplex and reaches up, tagging in Dreamer. He holds Cena down as Tommy enters the ring and climbs onto the second ropes in his corner, takes a step out onto the middle ropes, and then comes off with a flying elbow across Cena’s chest, covering him for a two count!

Dreamer now cradles Cena’s head and begins to hammer right fists to his forehead repeatedly. Tommy puts an elbow across Cena's brow and scrapes across it, then gets to his feet and drops another on his head. Dreamer pulls Cena up by the hair and Irish whips him HARD into the corner. Dreamer backs up and gets a head full of steam, smashing him in the corner with a body splash! Cena then goes stumbling out of the corner and into a right hand to the head by Benoit from the apron, dropping him to his back!

As soon as he hits the canvas, Dreamer comes rushing in with a leg drop across his neck, then goes up to one knee while pressing down on him. Tommy reaches up and tags in Benoit from the kneeling position. Benoit comes in and works with Dreamer, pulling Cena up and fires him across; however, Cena ducks below them and comes off the far side ropes with a double Throwback flipping neck breaker, jamming them both head first into the mat!

Tommy hits the canvas and bounces head over heels onto his side, rolling to the outside from Cena's attack. As soon as Benoit rebounds back up to his feet, Cena is right on him with right hands, working him back into the ropes and fires him across, taking him up and over with a HUGE back body drop! The crowd gets behind the Doctor as he bends down, PUMPING UP THE KICKS! John then stalks behind Benoit and lifts him for another FU attempt, and once again, Benoit floats over, going for a German! However, this time Cena throws a mule kick back to a pop from the crowd before lifting Benoit up onto his shoulders, and then he DRILLS him into the mat with the FU, hooking the leg and going for the cover! 1....2...and Cena gets pulled out of the ring by Dreamer! Tommy balls up a fist and nails it right between his eyes!

Cena goes stumbling back but catches his balance, and then drops to his knees, grabbing Dreamer by the waistband and pulls him shoulder first into the ring post! Cena then climbs back onto the apron, making his way up to the top rope, pauses, pumps up his kicks once more, and then gets ready to fly off onto Benoit, but the Crippler comes up and shakes the ropes, crotching Cena up top! Dreamer looks up at Cena furious at the posting. He stalks over to the announcing table and grabs for a chair. DDP tries to stand between him and it, so Dreamer shoves him away and yanks for it. Page turns back around and grabs it from Dreamer's grasp, and the two fight for the chair as the crowd goes wild! Tommy finally gets it and swings for the fences, smacking it across Dallas' shoulder!

Meanwhile, back in the ring, Cena shoves Benoit off the top, avoiding a superplex, and then takes a look to the outside. He spots Dreamer standing above DDP, lifting the chair up above his head once more, and then leaps off with a cross body, taking Dreamer back down to the floor! Benoit gets up slowly, having seen what's happening on the outside. He then yanks for the referee to count out Cena instead. Chris leans on the ropes, facing them as the ref gets to 5....all of the sudden...."Next Big Thing" hits on the speakers!!!













Brock Lesnar comes charging from the backstage area, still dressed in his tear away sweatpants and a "Here Comes the Pain" Tshirt. Brock focuses right in on Benoit and slides into the ring, ready to kill! Benoit's eyes go wide, shaking his head in complete shock that Brock is there live and in person! However, without hesitation, Benoit charges forward, but he runs right into an over the head belly-to-belly suplex!!

Back on the outside, as the ref is occupied with Brock and Benoit in the ring, Cena goes to re-enter the ring, but Dreamer grabs his arm from behind - that is, until DDP comes back up with a BANG, drilling Dreamer with the Diamond Cutter on the outside floor to a HUGE pop from the crowd!!

Brock bounces back up, his feet chopping and almost decapitates Benoit with a charging clothesline! The fans stay on their feet as Brock and DDP have revved them into a fury! Cena then goes BACK up to the top rope, pumps up the kicks for a third time, straightens out, dusts off his shoulder, and then comes off the top rope with the Five Knuckle Shuffle to the top of Benoit's head!! Benoit bounces up as Brock catches him in an Inverted DDT position. He then ducks under and yanks him up onto his shoulders. Lesnar then sets his feet as Dallas and Cena both raise their arms up and orchestrate Brock crashing to the canvas with an F5!! The crowd goes simply INSANE as pushes up on Benoit's chest, sticking his tongue out with a roar as the crowd counts along with the one, two, and three!!


"Next Big Thing" pounds back over the speakers as Cena waves his hand in front of his face, looking down on Benoit, and then at Dreamer who's got stars circling his head on the floor!

Brock pops back up to his feet, rolling his shoulders and shuffles from side to side, revving the crowd up more and more!
