~Nick Dinsmore leans forward into a backstage mirror, putting his towel over the top of his head and focusing into his own image.~ "You're the boss....you're the boss, you're the boss..."

~The fans then "WOOOO" as Ric Flair is seen in the reflection of the mirror standing behind Dinsmore, without Nick knowing it - until Ric yells out...~ NICKY DDDDDDDDDD! My boy, it's GREAT to see ya!

~Dinsmore yanks the towel away and snaps around quickly, seeing Flair. ~ "JESUS, don't DO that...." *He stops and clutches his chest*

~Flair chops Nick across the chest.~ You're lookin' good my boy... looking sharp! King of the Ring semi-finals - you're almost there - almost, but you're not there YET! And that's why - By God, Evolution or NOT... you're STILL in the heart of the Authority - And I'm going to make you a KING! WOOOOOO! Give me a Woo... WOOOOOOO!

Dinsmore: Ric....*takes a breath* I appreciate this. I really do. But its not about the Authority....for tonight, its not even about Evolution. Its about Nick Dinsmore....its about me, going out and winning the King of the Ring belt. Against whoever Raw sends out. I mean...I just had to drop Donnie on his head in the first round. I don't have time for war cries, Champ *s*

~Ric looks at him funny with his head tilted to the side, and then his face becomes serious.~ What've they done to you over there, Nicky?

*Dinsmore raises an eyebrow, then shrugs* Huh? I'm fine, Ric....seriously.

Flair: You're fine. You're at the biggest show of your career, and you're fine? Nick....WHOINTH'HELLARE YOU TRYIN TO FOOL? I dont know if you FORGOT where you came from, or just WHO you're talking to, but I'm not some bimbo with a short skirt and high hopes, I'M RIC FLAIR! YOU may say you're fine, but you're not! You're not gonna waste everything I've taught you by being all "I'm fine" RIGHT BEFORE THE BY GOD BIGGEST MATCH OF YOUR LIFE!! You're NICKY "WOOOOOOO" DINSMORE, you're part of the Authority, you're MY hand picked man - and if you're going out there, you're going out there READY my man!

*Nick looks at Flair with both eyebrows raised. * "My God...you're RIGHT! I....I don't even know what to say? Ric....that's....that's *wipes a tear* That's beautiful....and OH MY GOD, what is Rey Mysterio going to get now? I mean....I put down Adonis....what do you think HE'S going to get? THANK you Ric...for reminding me just who I am! Oh yeah, and tell O'Haire congrats for getting dirty thirds on my belt!" *grins and charges out of the way*

~Shawn Michaels comes into view behind Flair. ~ "You just don't quit do you? Not ONLY are you corrupting a talent who I had to get away from your ass, but you've got it worked out that you're some sort of self help guru. You need help, Ric. Really."

Flair: And what about you? You'll take any chance you can get to try to knock me down a peg - and why's that, Shawn? Are you jealous of the NATUUUURE BOY!?

HBK: Nope. I'm realistic. And I hung my hat up a while back....its a young man's game Ric....and you? You just can't stop trying to prove you can still do it.

Ric: You see, THAT'S the difference! While you have to TRY to prove yourself... while you have to TRY to earn everybody's respect, I just HAVE IT!

HBK: You want to talk respect? I'm a legend here. I've done it on my own. I didn't need a team full of goons to watch my ass, or keep it upright. I made my OWN way....You? You just keep jumping from one band to the next...and one of these days, maybe? You'll man up and stand on your own two. That being said....that day's coming real soon. Because as my last official act before re-upping tomorrow night? I'm barring the Authority from ringside. Its going to be you...and ME. And there won't be any questions after its said and done.

~Ric sets his jaw, standing face to face with HBK as we return to ringside for our next match.~
