"Away" by Mercy Drive comes on the speakers. This sends out the number one contender to the UCW Heavyweight Championship, Randy Orton, seconded by Charlie O'Neale. Orton walks to the ring, stopping halfway on the ramp to shuffle back and forth, soaking in the atmosphere of his BIG shot. Randy then leaps to the apron, grabbing on the 2nd rope to allow Charlie�s entrance inside.

The fans then begin to make some noise as the lights dime for the countdown. Once it reaches 2, with the "Y" and the "J" on either side of it, pyros blare for the opening of "Break The Walls Down" which signals the arrival of the Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho! Y2J stands with his back to the crowd and spins towards the ring once the lights come back on, sporting the big gold belt around his waist. Once at ringside, he walks up the ring steps and lion walks along the apron, keeping an eye on both Randy and Charlie.

Orton stares at him in a corner. Charlie leans over the side of the ropes and offers a few last words of advice. Randy keeps hold of the top ropes and narrows his eyes at Y2J. Jericho enters the ring and unstraps the championship, handing it over to Hebner who goes over to show it to Orton, and then raises it above his head for all to see. Y2J slaps his own chest as the bell sounds, and this match is ready to start! Randy stays in mid ring after the bell starts. He looks from one side to the other, as the fans all go to their feet on the co-main event. The sounds of "Y2J....Y2J....Y2J...." ring out through the main seating area! Orton finally gets enough and gives an open handed SMACK across Jericho's mouth. Jericho's head swings to the side and he rubs his cheek, looking back over at Orton and nods his head. "So that's how it's gonna be? Ok." He then takes RKO's legs out from under him and attempts to turn him over into the Walls of Jericho!

Randy reaches up and starts punching at his head, while he's on his back, refusing to be taken over with the Walls. However, Chris turns him over to a pop from the crowd, but Orton quickly latches onto the bottom rope! Randy finally gets a break from Hebner, finally moving under the bottom rope and to confer with Charlie on the outside. He gets a bit of advice and bounces back to the apron, waving Jericho away so he can enter. Orton finally steps inside the ring, going for a collar and elbow tie up. He forces Chris back into the corner, and waits on the break, pie facing him back inside. Jericho comes right back out from it with a chop across the chest, followed up by a forearm shot to the head and a shove into the ropes. Orton gets backed into the ropes. As Jericho sees him there, he gives another HARD chop to the chest. Randy clenches up, and Chris gives him another to grow on. This one leaves a handprint!

Orton backs away, and then returns the volley with a left jab between the eyes! Orton moves into a knee lift and whips him across into the ropes, but Jericho comes roaring off of them with a lightning fast forearm shot to the head! This one floors Orton, and Jericho takes him over with a hip toss once he rebounds up to his feet, followed up by an arm drag. Jericho then flips off an angered Randy Orton and yells out "C'MON YOU ASSCLOWN!" to egg him on! Randy takes the bait and rushes in, but Chris takes him throat first into the ropes with a drop toe hold! The crowd then gets behind Jericho as he revs up, doing a two-step before coming off the other ropes and goes to crunch him there, but Orton rolls out of the way and Jericho crotches himself in the ropes! Randy yanks him back by the hair, and pulls him onto the mat with a flurry of punches to the forehead. Orton grabs his arm on the way back, and drives a knee into the shoulder. He backs up and gives a second one to his forehead, and bounces up for an elbow to finish the combination! Randy quickly jumps across him and yanks the leg back for a pin attempt, but Jericho kicks out with intensity after a one count.

Orton pulls him up by the hair, shoving him into the corner, with a flurry of elbows to the head. He then Irish whips Y2J out, and reverses it, falling to the ground himself with the impact of blasting him into the corner! Chris hits the corner back first, HARD, and goes stumbling into the middle of the ring, falling to his knees and arching his back. Orton waits him up to his knees, and rushes in the corner with a running knee lift. As Jericho bounces out to the mat, Randy pauses and slides over to the ropes on his knees. Charlie immediately goes over to him, rubbing his shoulders and whispers a bit of strategy and promise to him if he wins the match. Randy bounces right back out and circles around Jericho. He backs away and drives an elbow across the back of his neck! Orton puts a knee in his back and starts pounding him on the back of the head. Randy then shoves him onto his stomach and goes for a second pin. This one gets 1....2..ONLY a 2 count as Jericho kicks out again. Randy kicks him in the midsection and tells him to get up and fight. Jericho sends a shot to Orton's abs from his knees, followed up by a second, and then a third. He gets to his feet and chops him across the chest and leans him against the ropes, going to fire him across but Orton reverses. However, Jericho dives back at him with a schoolboy attempt, and counters that into the set up for the Walls! Orton quickly jams a thumb into his eye, breaking it up, and as Jericho stumbles back rubbing his eye, Orton moves in for the RKO, but Jericho counters it into a back slide for a two count!

Right back on their feet, Orton shakes his head out and comes roaring back towards Jericho with a wild right hand, but Y2J catches him with an Atomic drop. As Randy bounces on his toes, holding his boys, Jericho comes off the ropes with a lightning quick forearm shot to the head that floors him. With the challenger down, Jericho springs off the ropes for the Lion Sault, but lands on his feet as Orton rolls out of the way to a pop from the crowd! Jericho stumbles back briefly from the landing and charges Randy, but Orton goes low on him and hooks his head, jamming the back of it into his knee with the 3.0 inverted back breaker, covering for a close two count!

Jericho kicks out at 2, as Randy then latches in a tight headlock, torquing down on his neck! Orton then extends his body out lengthwise, keeping Jericho mat bound with the hold. Randy then pulls him to his feet, and Chris tries to push him off with two elbows and forcing up on his arm. The crowd start to go to their feet chanting for Y2J as his arm shivers from the force used to break it. Hebner looks at both men down and begins his standing 10 count, but both men are up by 5, trading blows, shot for shot. The crowd starts to get hot as a fire is light under Jericho's ass, and he begins to bounce right hands off of Orton's skull at a furious pace. Randy stumbles back into the ropes and reverses an Irish whip, but Jericho comes rebounding off the ropes and goes around Orton with a Flashback!

As Randy's head rebounds off the mat, he flips over onto his back and raises his knees immediately as Jericho comes off with another Lion Sault attempt, stopping the champion in mid leap! Randy then moves to his feet quickly, and catches Jericho as he's bent over. Orton, takes a breath and gets him in Powerbomb position, snapping Jericho face first to the canvas with an Alley Ooop bomb! The crowd sits on the edge of their seats as Orton dives onto him for the cover, getting the one, two, TWO as Jericho kicks out!

Randy sits on his knees, looking in disbelief at the kick out. He then rolls over and mounts Jericho, holding him by the back of the head and plowing fists in his face! Randy gets up and backs into the ropes, getting set to drop an elbow on Jericho. Y2J rolls out of the way and waits for the crunch as Orton lands arm first on the mat, howling out in pain! Orton bounces back up, holding his arm. Jericho has enough in him to duck a wild punch, and yank him down by both legs. Orton swings and flails to avoid being turned into the Walls, but Y2J is insistent! Jericho catches a better idea and just falls back, launching Orton onto the top rope with a slingshot and sending him almost over. Randy catches the rope and flips onto the apron, trying to get to his feet. Jericho sees him land and rushes the corner, leaping to the 2nd turnbuckle and leaps off with a dropkick. Orton keeps hold of the rope and drops down, seeing Y2J whiff and sail past him, landing HARD on the floor!

Orton lets go of the rope and lowers himself to the floor, stalking Jericho on the outside. Randy yanks him up by the arm and leans him against the ring apron. He holds his chin up and gives a HARD uppercut. Jericho takes the shot and goes stumbling around the ring, trying to shake his head out. Orton follows him, and delivers a second one, pointing to Piper and saying "That one's for you, asshole!" Jericho gets knocked back from this one, and turns to reply with a knife edge chop across Orton's chest! Orton retaliates with a right hand and goes for another, but Jericho ducks it and as Randy spins around, he shoves him forward, and Randy ends up running right over Charlie O'Neale to a pop from the crowd! As Orton looks down on Charlie in complete shock, Jericho rushes up behind him with a face crusher onto the floor! Chris then breaks out into a grin, looks down on Orton, and then leaps onto the apron, and moonsaults off of it with a Lion Sault onto the prone challenger on the floor!

Randy clutches up on the floor after Jericho's impact. Earl Hebner stands outside ordering both men back in the ring, but Jericho ignores him and pulls Orton up and over into a Walls right on the floor! Randy yells out loud and starts reaching around, seeing nothing there, he's tapping out furiously on the floor, but Hebner waves it off, yelling at Y2J get BACK inside! Jericho finally releases Orton and pulls him up by the head, rolling him back into the ring, and heads in after him, giving Charlie a slap on the ass as he passes. He climbs onto the top rope and waits for Orton to struggle up to his feet and then flies off with a cross body block, but Orton counters with a picture perfect standing dropkick to the mid section!

Orton falls into the ropes, blinking and waiting Jericho to his feet. Randy then extends his arm out and breathes heavily, measuring him for an RKO! As soon as Orton charges in, Jericho drops down with a roll, rolling him into Lance Storm's Maple Leaf! Orton screams and hollars to reach the ropes, and he only does once Charlie pulls his hands to them! The crowd BOOMS with boos as Jericho is forced to release it! Chris looks down at Charlie, who grins back at him in payback, and he points down to her. "Keep out of this, you bottom feeding trash bag whore!" Randy forces himself to his feet, bouncing on one leg. As soon as Chris turns around, Orton catches him on the rebound with a snap power slam that crunches the champion into the canvas! Hebner looks down on both men and begins another standing 10 count!

Randy pulls himself over and falls back first across Jericho. He pulls up on the leg and waits for the count. Hebner drops down and gives a 1....2....Th...ONLY a 2 count as Jericho kicks out! Both men battle back to their feet, exchanging blows. Orton staggers Jericho back and goes to fire him across, leapfrogging him on the return. Both men hit the ropes now, and this time Y2J goes over with a leap frog. Orton stands in place and turns around, waits for Jericho to come back and goes for another standing dropkick, but Y2J holds onto the ropes, and as soon as Orton hits the mat, he goes for the Walls, but gets pulled into a small package for a count of 2.999999!

Orton is in SHOCK that this one isn�t over yet! He sits on his behind here, and tries to shake some feeling back into his leg. Jericho moves up and Randy goes airborne, trying to catch his head with the RKO cradle! Y2J ducks as Orton sails past him, landing HARD on his backside! Chris then dives over, turning Randy into an Oklahoma roll pin attempt. Orton's shoulders are on the canvas for a 1....2...ONLY a 2 count as he shoves out of it! The champion now fires away with stiff forearm shots to the back of Orton's head, straightening him out with a chop. He follows it up with a fist to the mid section and hoists him up with a vertical suplex, but Orton floats over and rolls over his back, pulling him into a sunset flip for another close call!

Right back on their feet, Orton stuns Jericho with a boot to the mid section, followed up by a STIFF European uppercut that floors the champion. With Jericho down, Orton looks around and stumbles out onto the apron, climbing the top. Charlie shakes her head no, telling Orton to get down. While Randy takes Charlie's advice into consideration, Jericho races up the ropes and springs up, DRILLING Orton with a running enzaguri that sends him face planting from the top and down to the mat! The crowd is up in arms as Jericho dives down onto him, hooking the leg for the one, two, THREE! NO! Orton kicks out!

The crowd is in complete SHOCK, many booing, but some now chanting "OR-TON! OR-TON!" due to his desire to win! Orton's face stays in the canvas, trying to work up enough energy to do ANYTHING here. Jericho pulls himself up and starts beating his own chest and lion-walking around the ring to drown out the OR-TON chants! "I'm the KING... of the WOOOOOORLD!" Jericho then goes over and yanks Randy up by the shorts, yanking him around and into his OWN Powerbomb! Chris keeps his hands locked this time, slowly pulling Orton back up in the air and driving him down a SECOND time! Jericho then lowers his grip and starts moving to another Walls of Jericho, as Orton tries to move against it, howling out in agony from the stress on his spine!

Orton gets turned onto his stomach in the Walls, but pushes up on his hands. Randy's eyes are almost bulging out of his head from the pain here, but he will NOT tap out! His hand snakes out for the ropes, but he's too far away. Orton finally brings his hand back and bites down onto his fingers to keep them from tapping! Jericho yells at Hebner to "ASK HIM! Ask him you SON OF A BITCH!" Randy's fingers are going white from the pressure being put on them until Hebner goes to check him! Orton shakes his head back and forth with a NOOOO!!! Randy then puts his hands on the back of his head, pulling at his own hair from the pain! Orton goes up on his hands now, in push up style, and Hebner watches as his arms shake. Randy bites down on his bottom lip hard enough to make it bleed as his legs snap forward, launching Jericho chest first into the turnbuckle!

Chris hits the corner and bounces back out, checking his lip and glaring down at Randy for DARING to be able to break his hold! Jericho yanks him back up by the hair and gives him a left hook with his free hand! Instead of letting Orton drop, he keeps him aloft for another, and a third, going for the knockout! Y2J then SLAPS Orton across the face to slight boos from the fans, taunting him as the challenger's legs wobble. "C'mon, Legend Killer... you little BITCH!" Orton rotates with it and spins Jericho around the opposite way, leaping up in the air and crashing him into the canvas with an RKO out of NOWHERE! Orton drops down onto him, leaning his back onto Jericho's chest and pulls up on the near leg as Hebner counts the one... two... THREE!

"Away" plays over the speakers as Randy Orton has uncrowned Y2J to become the NEW Heavyweight Champion! Hebner pulls Orton off of Jericho and hands him the UCW Heavyweight championship! Randy looks at it in astonishment and cradles it to his chest before bending forward.

Jericho ends up rolling to the outside, sitting on his knees and rubbing his chin, trying to figure out what just happened. He looks up into the ring and sees Orton with the championship, and a look of loss spreads across his face as he watches on in disbelief. Charlie comes in under the bottom rope and grabs onto Orton's back, helping him to his feet as he holds the title aloft!
