The camera feed comes on, causing the fans to start right up. Lance Storm sits in one of the locker rooms lacing up his boots and adjusting the kickpads attached to them. He happens to glance up at someone else, fully dressed.



"I'm going to ask a rather stupid question....humor me alright?"

Lance looks up with a raised eyebrow. "Do I have a choice?"

"No."

"Carry on then, eh?"

"Why is it, that all of my friends like to pick stupid fights? First Jericho and Kane, which led to me....and now you and the Authority? I mean, Lance you JUST got back from injury!"

"Christian, I appreciate the concern...not sure what it means when YOU give it, but regardless. I make an impact in whatever I do. I was asked to do a favour for a friend at Survivor Series, and that leads into a shot at the top, whether its against Chris Jericho, Kane, Triple H, whomever...even if common sense gets thrown out and YOU actually win tonight."

"Oh, so its like that?" Christian stares down at him as Storm gets up, going nose to nose with him. "You don't think I have a chance either, huh? That's fine, that's gravy...but I'm going to prove YOU wrong, Lance...and Jericho too."

"Words don't move me, Christian...results do."

"Is that so? Well, you want a result, fine, I'll SHOW you a result later on...but as for right now? I've got 4 guys back here who might have an idea how to move you. One in particular might just teach YOU something."

"Splendid. I'll meet him in the ring in 5 minutes then."

"And I'll see you, after the match tonight. Glad you're back, Lance...I needed another witness to what I'm going to do."
