~The Smacktron lights up and we zoom in on the World Championship title belt as it is sitting on a table. As the camera pans out, we see that the Women�s World Championship is seated directly beside it, along with both Tag Team Championships on either side. We now know that we�re in the locker room of Team Angle as Kurt walks onto the scene, picking up his championship.~

~Nat Taylor is then shown behind him, rubbing his lower back as the camera pans out even more to reveal the Tag Champs, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin.~

Charlie: You ready Kurt?

Nat: You know he is.

Shelton: And if Evolution even thinks about getting involved� we�ve got your back.

~Kurt nods his head, rolling his neck from side to side as he shuffles in place.~ Alright� let�s do this.

~Kurt then heads out of the locker room and heads out for his World Championship title defense as his team cheers him on.~

-The feed then switches and we zoom in on a monitor that is replaying the Main Event World Championship Triple Threat match from SummerSlam. As the camera zooms out, we start at the floor and make our way up, revealing Jesse Hart standing on one crutch with a tensor bandage on his left foot, and a sling on his right arm, propping his elbow up.-

-Hart stands, leaning on the crutch with a stone cold expression across his face as he watches the part of the match where he was simultaneously trapped in the Angle Lock and the Crippler Crossface.-

~Stephanie McMahon then appears in front of him, turning off the monitor and holds a hand up in front of herself.~ Jesse, you have to stop obsessing. What�s done is done. You�re hurt now, so all you need to do is concentrate on recuperating, and then you can look ahead.

Hart: Don�t start with me�

Stephanie: Listen, Jesse. I take full responsibility for Benoit. I put him in the match because I thought he was on your side, and apparently, he wasn�t. For that I�m sorry, but we can�t drudge on that all night. I�ve got a surprise for you, and I�m going to announce it to you, and everyone around the world, later on tonight. But for now, Jesse, I think you should sit down and relax.

Hart: Sit down and relax? Do I LOOK like someone who can relax right about now, Steph? Do you have any idea what�s going on around here? We should be running this show, and we�re not�

Stephanie: We�re running the show, we always have bee�

-He interrupts her.- We�re not running SHIT! Look at me, I�m a cripple, and Kurt Angle has my belt. Kurt Angle is running this show. And to make matters worse, you go and bring in someone new who�s looking to take me out. If I didn�t know any better, I�d think that all of this, is trying to take me out.

Stephanie: That�s ridiculous, Jesse. I signed Edge because it was a smart business decision. However, Edge won�t be appearing here tonight because Ric got the Raw lawyers involved, and Edge can�t make his Smackdown! debut until we send a suitable replacement over to Raw. ~She rolls her eyes.~

-Hart perks a brow.- Who?

Stephanie: You�ll know when I do. All I can say is that tonight is the final show for one of the Smackdown! superstars. Now, sit back and relax, Jesse, I promise you, by the end of the night, everything will be clear.

~Stephanie runs a hand over Jesse�s arm before heading out of the room, leaving him behind as we head to ringside for the World Championship match.~
