Seing the look come across his face Amber smiles slightly, her smile almost hinting at laughter. Accepting the hug with the smallest of sighs she watches as he finishes his drink before shaking her head as he reaches for another, catching his hand as he moves it back towards him, her head tilting slightly as she smiles again, her light brown eyes widenning briefly before with a smile she squeeses his hand and releases it.
"Thanks."
her words simple she shrugs with a slight laugh
"A conversation stopper right? Think of the fact that I never once met them, and Azure's parents are more mine then they will ever be and it's not so bad."

Deciding it was possibly time to change the subject before any more uncomfort was caused by it she glances at Kat and Dana sideways. "I'll come later too maybe."

"Now, your turn... tell me about yourself Shawn"
fixing him in a soft gaze Amber takes a sip of her drink before setting it down on the bar once more.
