After she had the surgery on her toe a few months back (They had given her a nerve block) they sent her home. She got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and was unable feel the floor under her foot. She fell and the parmedics took her to the emergency room. The examined her and took x-rays and sent her home again with a brace on it. The next day the emergency room doctor called her and told her that it was fractured and to keep on wearing the brace and using her crutch to walk with. She had a visit scheduled with the surgeon who had fixed her toe. She sceduled a visit with an ankle specialist and evenually he decided to operate. She is now scheduled for Jan 31.
