Sheila has a first class pageant and this money issue will be resolved by her. Complain to her, tell her your concerns and problems that occurred with this farce of a pageant.
Ask last years queens what they thought of the system and the directors'. Look at your National Winners that came out of this. She does not play games and will not tolerate this mess.
