 I have a 3 year old cocker spaniel and she finally went into heat for the first time. I think her nipples seem to be a little rounder and droopy. Is there any way I can tell if she's pregnant?

I have a 1 year old Lhasa Apso that just finished her first heat. My male Lhasa Apso and her got hooked up twice I just want to know if it took and what the signs are.
