In my opinion those days are long over. Women don't keep those kind of secrets anymore- not in this day and age. It is too expensive to raise a child in this economy.
The truth is that most kids figure stuff like that out on their own. Eventually the truth comes out. Look at the case with Daisy- Gavin R.'s daughter. She was 16 when she found out.
