Hey ladies,
1st post (!) but this is something I can definately empathise with. I go to the vast majority of shows on my own and I've been 'chosen' over some totally stunning looking girls before because of my rather distinctive piercings... it floated the guys boat, what more can I say.
Conversely I've been bustin my ass to get backstage at a show only to be shot down at the last moment in favour of some girls I'd consider to be pretty average and young-looking. (although the young thing may have been a deciding factor, seriously, they looked no older than about 15)

If you're just universally hot there's not usually gonna be a problem but I guess just as it is for us, preferring long hair over short/muscly guys over skinny or whatever, guys in bands are gonna have preferences and if there's a chick at the show who ticks all the boxes I guess you can look like Pamela Anderson and still get passed up on...
