Jeph was with a new very stylish and attractive Japanese girlfriend for their recent UK tour. Looks like nobody has a chance with Jeph unless you're Asian, as he's always with an Asian girl whenever I've seen him with a lady friend and he told me he loves Japanese girls and made that clear about his preference for exotic Asian girls in interviews.
