arson is punsihable with stringent penalties, and rightly so, because (even though such visits are rightly frowned on) plenty of people visit the CRCMH and anyone setting it on fire is clearly endangering the life of anyone inside, not to mention the poor firefighters who have to come out and put out the fire that some idiot started just for kicks. There are proper fires to fight out there, ones involving houses with kids and mothers in. The fire service's time shouldn't be wasted idly by arsonists.

There may not be much that the casual browser could be prosecuted for (I don't understand the law of aggravated trespass... most trespass is a civil, not criminal matter) but the point is - wandering around buildiungs than have been abandoned for nigh on 20 years and are full of asbestos is dangerous enough. You shouldn't need criminal penalties to deter you...
