Alex,........it is fairly obvious that posting anything on here is fairly pointless, as nobody is seeing it or replying, except the same 2 people. Whatever you and I say, no-one from the forum is seeing and if they did they would be agog !! I am not going to repeat myself for obvious reasons, what I have already said to you is confidential. BUT that is partly the point,....all the forum were involved, and now, although I agree this needed sorting out, no-one knows what is happening. Action should have been taken sooner, proper action that would have avoided all this. One of our main problems is that the BR is not working properly, and that just made the problem worse. I know it's not your fault at all, but it didn't help. I do not fancy sorting this out to an audience of 2,.......it seems totally unfair. This is better sorted out privately or publicly, not somewhere in between !! Pam.
