Subject: SQUASH AND CABBAGE SLAW

For the salad:
3 c.peeled,grated butternut squash about 1 lb.)
3 c.finely shredded cabbage
1 medium-large carrot,grated
1 medium green pepper,finely shredded by hand (not on a grater)
1 c.raisins
For the dressing:
1 c.mayonnaise
2/3 c.yogurt
2 t.sugar
2 t.raspberry vinegar
1/2 t.salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine the squash,cabbage,carrot,green pepper and raisins in a large
bowl.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the vegetable
mixture.Toss to coat well,cover,and chill for at least 1 hour before
serving.Makes 6-8 servings.
