Subject: Mashed sweet and gold potatoes

1 medium sweet potato,unpeeled
1 medium Yukon gold potato,unpeeled
Salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

Quarter potatoes and place in pan with 1 teaspoon salt.Add water to =
more
than cover and bring to boil.Reduce heat and cook until very tender,
30 to
45 minutes.Drain well.

Peel potatoes and mash together with butter,black pepper, and rosemary.
Season with salt to taste.

Servings: 2.
