1 egg yolk
1/3 cup(75 mL) milk
1 package frozen puff pastry
2 tablespoons(25 mL)freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon(5 mL)caraway seeds

Serves 6 as appetizer

1.Mix egg and milk to make egg wash.Roll out pastry to 1/4-inch(7-=
mm)
thickness;cut in finger-wide strips and twist into a corkscrew shape=
;brush
with egg wash;sprinkle with cheese and caraway seeds.

2.Bake in preheated oven at 375=B0F(190=B0C)for 15 to 20 minutes o=
r until
golden brown.
