Subject: Tomato Pie

Frozen Pillsbury pie crust(available in refrigerated section)
Thick-sliced ripe tomatoes(enough to fill the bottom of a pie tin
and have them overlap a little)
2 finely minced garlic cloves
Fresh basil to taste,chopped
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream

Place crust in a pie tin and fill the bottom with tomatoes. Add
garlic,basil and pepper.Top with Parmesan cheese.Drizzle cream
over the top.

Place in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until
nicely browned.
