Subject: Nut butter for Salmon

1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 cup pistachios
1 cup butter,softened
Salt and pepper,to taste

In a food processor,pulse a few times to chop almonds and pistachios
into very small pieces(but not a powder).Add butter,salt and
pepper to taste,and pulse until mixture is well-combined. Spoon into
a smooth-sided bowl or any mold of your choice and refrigerate.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.(You will only need about 1/2 cup for the two
salmon fillets.)Keeps well refrigerated.
