Subject: Pecan Nut Brownies

8.8 ounces(250 grams) butter
4.9 ounces(140 grams)dark chocolate
4 fresh eggs
9.8 ounces(280 grams)sugar
3.5 ounces(100 grams)flour
1 ounce(20 grams)cocoa powder
7 ounces(200 grams)chopped pecans

Beat together the melted chocolate and softened butter.Add in the
sugar,then the eggs,one at a time.Sieve flour and cocoa powder and
fold it into the mixture.Mix in the pecans until well
combined Do not overmix Spread the batter on buttered 18 x 12
baking tray.Bake at 330 F for 20 minutes.
