Well, then. Kick Talon in the head and call him Charlie, won't you? Look, he's got a mini-reunion going on, doesn't he? And he looks absolutely thrilled about it, which makes a contrast to Scott's face when he sees Serra and the fact that her hand was in Rodney's. Can we say 'major crush and lust for since 5th year'? Dude, get over it already. She's not interested and probably never will be. Make conversation with Rodney and pretend she's not there he thinks and glances over at Rodney, grinning at him.

"I'd say you'd be right. Given that you scattered to the wind, like, straight after we got out, I hadn't heard or seen either of you since, yeah, about a year" Scott says, casting a slight glance at Serra at the end of that sentence. He gives her a slight smile, so that she doesn't feel like she's getting the cold shoulder treatment. Maybe that's what she wants, who the heck knows? He sure as hell doesn't, though he'd love to get inside her head one day. Just to figure out how the girl works. Shaking off that thought, he answers Rodney's second question as well. Full of life, this boy, isn't he?

"Well, my life certainly isn't exciting. Diagon Alley, whoop-de-freaking do. Talon's having the time of his life, using his arm as a dragon flame tester, aren't you kiddo?" he says, because, well, being 20 when there's a 19 year old near you gives you the right to call people 'kiddo', we assume. Talon rolls his eyes.

"Bloody hell, I am not. You're a moron," he says, taking a sip of his drink, then looks at Serra. "And what about you two? Anything completely random and exciting that you can entertain us poor single souls with?" Please note that Talon has no clue that Scott likes Serra, given that they didn't really discuss that at school (and hence why gets a bit of a 'I hate you' look that he doesn’t see) and he's really, just assuming that the two of them are dating. Bless him, he's a tad bit stupid.

OOC: Sorry it's kind of random and such. *shudder* Anyway, the evil guy (Voldy?) is coming soon, I promise. But you got me intrigued with this Scott/Serra tension thing they've got going on, so I just ran with it, if that's ok.
