The Elf bounded to her friend's side, "Annie," she said in a soft voice, "You will be needed before this thing is over, do not count yourself out of the game so fast." Looking into the girl's eyes with her intense grey ones, the elven woman whispered, "When we met at the Docks, I told you that you weren't a fox, that I could see it in your eyes, then you showed me that you could take human form, but you are not just a human Annie. You are something more."

Thinking over what the person had said through the tree, while it had been hard to relize that it wasn't actually the tree. She didn't like what it said, about Ravyn, looking into the young man's eyes, she searched them. Yes, some things, many things were hidden. But just like herself he was, Elves didn't reveal everything, in fact, they normally didn't even take to strangers. Her kind were seldom to even offer help or give advice, but she was different, always had been, always would. Turning from the boy, hoping that she hadn't been staring. She gave a friend a gentle pat of the shoulder, walking over to where the stallion stood. Rubbing Esmeril's neck, she spoke to the air, "What do you instruct us to do....Captain?" This remark was directed at Ravyn, she really didn't like Gente one bit. Her hand clutched her long knife underneath her cloak, tracing it's designs of leaves and trees on it's hilt. But no, she couldn't kill him, it was against all of the rules. If things got bad, or he proved a threat, she could always shoot him down in the blink of an eye. But she was no fool, there was more to him than met the eye. Adraine might of been young, but she had seen many more things than a few there with them. She had known evil times before. And she felt that before this thing was over, she would be tested greatly in the powers of her magic, and the power of her strength.
