Sono totalmente d'accordo caro Marco. Secondo me il punto è proprio questo : la tecnica e la tattica si ottengono facendo giocare una rosa più o meno consolidata, dove i giocatori si conoscono a memoria e dove gli schemi di gioco devono essere quasi "automatici".
Poi è chiaro che bisogna anche avere dei buoni rincalzi vuoi per l'elevata grado di infortunio vuoi perchè alla coppa del mondo gioceremo ogni 3/4 giorni; però sempre avendo una struttura di base.
