Splash, Josie's young puppy, emerged from beneath Josie's covers in which he made a tunnel like sleeping spot. Splash was the type of puppy who didn't much mind being left home alone as long as he could play with something big and fluffy and had a soft spot to mellow out and nap for a bit.
The young dog cocked his head to the side at the sound of Hill entering the apartment. Splash launched off the bed and plummeted across the floor to greet the entree. He pranced around her feet and licked her ankles then started his way back to his sleeping spot on Josie's bed but stopped at the sound of walking. It didn't make sense... Hill was sitting down.. so who was walking around? Splash peeked around momentarily until quickly spotting the other dog. He barked sharply and lunged forward playfully shoving the other dog around as he gnawed lightly on the other's neck.
