MIKE: KEEP IN MIND I NO NOTHING ABOUT CARS. I READ ONLINE AND TRY TO GET AN IDEA OF WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE. YOU MENTIONED THE IGNITION SWITCH. IS THAT THE SAME THING AS THE IGNITION RELAY SWITCH? I BROUGHT THE CAR IN ON FRIDAY AND HAD THE MECHANIC CHANGE THE IGNITION RELAY SWITCH BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN READING SO MUCH ABOUT THAT IT MIGHT BE THE CAUSE. AGAIN THE MECHANIC CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR, BUT CHANGED THE IGNITION RELAY SWITCH BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO. HE DID TELL ME THAT MOST TIMES IT IS THE DISTRIBUTOR AND IF IT STOPS AGAIN TO COME BACK AND HE WILL CHANGE IT. HE EVEN TOLD ME TO KEEP THE BOX AND THE OLD IGNITION RELAY SWITCH BECAUSE IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, IT WAS NOT THE SWITCH AND HE WILL PUT THE OLD ONE BACK ON AND RETURN THE NEW ONE. AT THIS POINT, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I HAVE READ SO MUCH ABOUT HONDA'S JUST STOPPING ON THE HIGHWAY, ETC THAT I WILL NOT USE THIS CAR UNTIL I FEEL SECURE IT IS SAFE. I THINK I AM GOING TO BRING IT BACK TO THE MECHANIC AND JUST HAVE HIM CHANGE THE DISTRIBUTOR. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
