Well your opinion on that cable of yours must have been only on your car being that its only a 2.0 leter.. Those years they didnt care to much about the build..The cord problem could have been b/c a prior owner didnt like the loose wire.. The Idle controll motor gets gunk stuff in it after years of the grease starting to wash out..The TPS has always had a problem with idle b/c honda Accords had hard times with the wireing and power shortages in the ECU.
